Anchor: a seven-day sugar reset you can see on the Lock Screen
Anchor is AuraBridge’s iPhone companion for a focused 7-day sugar reset — Lock Screen presence, Rescue, named-hour reminders, Learn, and reflection. The first seven days are complete. Not medical advice.

Anchor is the iPhone companion we built for a short, honest sugar reset. You name a Why. The reset stays on the Lock Screen. When a hard hour arrives, Rescue is a pause — not a scoreboard. A slip is written into that day’s reflection. The seven-day clock keeps going. Public pages were last aligned August 22, 2026. US reference prices for Anchor+ are $4.99/year or $14.99 once; Apple’s sheet is authoritative for local price and tax.
The first seven days are the product
From day one you have the full first reset:
- Lock Screen presence — a Live Activity so the commitment is visible without opening a dashboard.
- Rescue — a one-minute pause with your Why and a gentler next step.
- Named-hour reminders — you pick the hours that tend to be hard.
- Learn, rules, and reflection — a boundary in your own words, and an evening note on how the day went.
After day 7, Rescue, Lock Screen presence, named-hour reminders, and starting another reset continue with Anchor+. Both plans include regular improvements and bug fixes to those features. The first week is not a teaser. It is the loop.
Built to stay out of the way
Anchor does not ask you to log meals or photograph lunch. The job is to hold a seven-day promise when life is busy. No account, no ads, no analytics SDK, no cross-app tracking. Mission data stays on the iPhone. Legal pages live here: privacy, support, terms.
Anchor is personal commitment support, not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care. That line is on the product page because it is true.
