Is Anchor free?
Your first 14-day Sugar Reset mission is free. Optional purchases unlock additional missions or Anchor+ features.
Is this medical advice?
No. Anchor is a personal commitment companion, not a medical device or treatment.
What if I slip?
Record it honestly. The mission continues — we do not force a restart. A slip is data, not a verdict.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Anchor → Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
How do I turn off notifications?
Use in-app Settings or iOS Settings → Anchor → Notifications.
