A packet only works when the downloaded pages stay in order.

ExactPDF’s October Merge update added reachable mobile reorder controls, with production checks on the saved PDF and mixed-document packet.

A document packet is only useful if its saved pages follow the order you chose. In ExactPDF’s Merge workflow, mobile users could drag files to reorder them, but the visible Earlier and Later controls were missing. The October update added those controls so reordering does not depend on dragging alone.

We checked the finished files as well as the screen: production runs reopened reordered PDFs and mixed PDF-and-image packets on desktop and mobile, then compared the saved page order with the selected order. The focused Merge check passed 12 of 12 cases. That is evidence for those tested inputs, not certification of every PDF or device.

If your packet contains only photos, the separate Images to PDF workflow lets you arrange images and choose A4, Letter or Auto sizing. That photos-only job processes locally in the browser. It is separate from merging PDFs with images. Across image-to-PDF and PDF-to-image workflows, a production browser panel passed 56 desktop and mobile cases, including checks of page order and fit.

The Merge checks confirm packet ordering for the tested inputs. They do not establish PDF/UA conformance or certify the accessibility of arbitrary source documents. Review the page order before sharing. Open Merge PDF to arrange and combine a mixed packet in the browser.
