Vistaro is a local image viewer for macOS. This policy describes what data is (and is not) collected when you use the Vistaro app.
From the Vistaro application: none. Vistaro does not include analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, account login, or remote telemetry.
Via the App Store (Apple): if you purchase Vistaro or download updates, Apple processes transaction and device information needed to sell, deliver, and improve App Store products. We may receive anonymized or aggregated sales and crash information from Apple App Store Connect solely to improve the app (for example, crash logs you opt in to share with developers through Apple).
Vistaro may store local preferences on your Mac (for example last opened folder bookmarks, autoplay interval, starred file paths). This data remains in your user Application Support folder and is not transmitted by Vistaro to Aura Bridge Systems.
Vistaro accesses image folders and files that you select (Open dialog). It does not require microphone, camera, contacts, location, or full disk access.
Vistaro is offered as a one-time purchase (or free with optional one-time unlock, as listed on the App Store) with free updates through Apple. We do not process credit cards ourselves. All billing is between you and Apple.
Vistaro does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children’s data.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of Vistaro after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
